biographies on all of our staff members.

DENNIS M. WARD, Certified Public
Accountant, Managing Owner: Dennis founded WARD, LANE
& ASSOCIATES, P.C. in 1978, after having been employed as a Revenue
Agent with the Internal Revenue Service, a financial analyst with a major
corporation and a college accounting professor. A 1974 graduate of Northern Illinois University,
Dennis is a member of the AICPA, ISCPA, NACVA
and holds a Certificate of Educational Achievement (CEA) in Business
Valuations from the AICPA. His position with the firm involves that of
Managing Partner and principal in charge of litigation support, business
valuations and other areas that are unique to client support. He has
provided litigation support on a Federal level as well as several states.

DANIEL G. LANE, Certified Public
Accountant, Partner: Dan joined the firm shortly
after he graduated from Eastern Illinois
University,
in 1986. His position as the Operations Partner, since 1989, is a
reflection of his dedication to serving the clients and a high level of
professional competence. His primary areas of client involvement are
Manufacturing, Service Industries, Retail and Construction. A member of
the AICPA and the ISCPA, Dan is the managing partner in charge of client
services and employee development.

CHRIS R. KENNEDY, Office Manager: Chris is a graduate from Illinois Wesleyan and has been with the firm
since 1984. As a Staff Accountant, her nucleus of clients includes Real
Estate Brokerages, Day Care Centers, Employment Agencies and Restaurants.
She is also responsible for Payroll Processing, Union Reporting and
Client Insurance Audits. As the Office Manager, Chris maintains nearly
everything from client filing deadlines to the firm's internal accounting
requirements.

SHELLY L. JAEGER, Certified
Public Accountant: Shelly,
an Indiana
University alum, is a lifelong resident of the Fox Valley. She is a member of the
AICPA and the ILCPA. Shelley’s
ability to diversify, as well as her enhanced computer and communication
skills, allows her to focus on bookkeeping and tax preparation for a
variety of clients. Her talents
for organization and the ability to multi-task are welcome additions to
the firm.

DENISE JARZEMSKI: As one of our Staff
Accountants, Denise has a diverse background in the accounting field, and
has been working in public and private accouting
in the Fox Valley area for many years. Her broad base of experience and
ability to meet the needs and challenges of small businesses,
makes her a valuable asset to the firm. Denise is a quickBooks
Pro Advisor and has also completed advanced certification with
QuickBooks.

JAQUELINE SCHROEDER: A graduate of Northern Illinois University
with her Bachelor's degree in accounting, Jackie has diverse and lengthy
public accounting experience. She serves a variety of clients with her
skills in payroll, bookkeeping, tax preparation and Quickbooks.
